I have covered a management position in different types of projects. Tasks included team coordination, guidance and supervision, liaison with project stakeholders, monitoring and reporting. I have taken Below a brief description of the main projects I worked on.
Water and Habitat delegate
International Committee of the Red Cross 04.2021 - 11.2021
I was a delegate in Eastern Sudan carrying projects that dealt with rehabilitation of health facilities, emergency support to water treatment plants and improvement of detention centers. My main tasks consisted in assessing the exisitng conditions, writing project proposals, preparing tendering documents and selecting best bidding offers.
Reconstruction manager
Kam for Sud, Nepal 12.2016 - 08.2018
I have managed the construction of private and public buildings in Nepal, India and Cambodia. Working for Kam For Sud in Nepal I have been manged the reconstruction of two schools and a clinic during the post earthquake period. Work tasks included: team management, financial monitoring, planning of project activities, organization, monitoring and evaluation of training program, coordination with other stakeholders (community, governmental members, donors), reporting.
Design and construction of five community centers for AusAID
Cambodia 3.2013 - 08.2014
Commissioned by Australian Aid, the project required to design (in a participative mode), monitor and build five centers in the communities that were relocated due to railway expansion. The first phase of the project included design activities run with the communities to co-design each center. Focus group discussion using different medium were used to better visualize and communicate ideas. In the second phase of the project, construction was implemented within budget and time-frame.
